Make a list of all the little jobs that need doing in the house. When you have a craving, go and do one of these jobs.... it will keep your mind off the craving, and you'll get all those little jobs you keep putting off done.
Lee - After meals is the hardest time for me so I try to brush my teeth either with normal toothpaste or flavoured kids stuff.

Carry ONE cigarette in your bag or pocket when you go out just in case, if you know it's there you don't need to panic so much if you crave one. By not touching it, you know you're doing well and you feel much more confident about quitting. Eventually you'll become so confident you won't need to carry one around at all. Works for me!
